The Mustard Seed is an ideal base for touring the south west region of Ireland. The Dingle peninsula, Killarney and the ring of Kerry, the Cliffs of Moher and the Burren are all within driving distance. For the golf enthusiast, you'll be spoilt for choice with the Adare Manor Hotel golf club, home to the Ryder Cup 2026, just a ten minute drive, along with a choice of excellent local courses. 

From Limerick: From the top of Adare village, take the N21 Killarney road for half a mile. Turn left at the first road junction to the left and follow the signposts for Ballingarry village.

From Kerry: Travel along the N21. Look for signs for Rathkeale. In Rathkeale town, follow the R518 for four miles to Ballingarry village.
